What’s the difference between the video lessons and live sessions?

The two serve different purposes.

Video lessons are designed for learning the syllabus in depth. They are structured, replayable, and allow you to learn at your own pace or revisit difficult concepts whenever needed.

Weekly Friday live sessions are dedicated to application, solving past papers, developing exam technique, understanding examiner expectations, discussing common mistakes, and clearing doubts.

Simply put: learn through the video lessons, then apply what you’ve learnt in the live sessions.

Will I get notes, resources, and past paper practice?

Yes. Students receive access to digital notes, topical past papers, books, answer solutions, and updated learning resources throughout the course.

Past paper practice is also integrated into the programme through our weekly Friday live sessions and extensive Past Paper Solution Library.

Will my answers be checked?

Yes. Alongside monthly examinations, students can submit their own independently practised answers for marking.

Our academic team provides detailed feedback on areas such as answer structure, reasoning, evaluation, and exam technique, helping you understand exactly where and how to improve.

Will there be tests and mock examinations?

Yes. Continuous assessment is a major part of the programme.

Students sit a structured online examination every month, which is professionally marked with personalised feedback to help identify where marks were lost and what needs to improve.

The full syllabus is completed by 31 March, after which the focus shifts entirely to full mock examinations, past papers, exam technique, feedback, and final preparation.

Why is the course built around video lessons?

Economics is a content-heavy subject, and some concepts need to be revisited more than once before they fully click.

Our video lessons are purpose-designed for the course and allow students to pause, replay, and learn at their own pace without compromising the depth or consistency of teaching.

This also allows the weekly live class to serve a different purpose: applying what you’ve learnt to real exam questions.

What support will I receive outside of classes?

Students receive continuous guidance from our Academic Support Specialists throughout the course.

You can reach out with academic questions, get help with difficult concepts, and receive guidance on your work and exam preparation, so support is not limited to class timings.
